I have some major problems with a bill I just received from the Sewerage & Water Board.

First of all, the bill says it is due by June 9, but the envelope is postmarked June 13, and I just received it today, June 14.

Second, and more problematic, the bill alleges that I have been using 5500 gallons of water a day on average for the past month, and that I owe $1,191.76. This is completely absurd. For the same period last year, my water usage was 220 gallons per day.

Finally, I have been trying repeatedly to call to speak to a customer service representative, but I keep getting a busy signal.

I would appreciate a representative contacting me as soon as possible to discuss this matter.
